The oven for the brick SVT 446 furnace is made of qualitative natural materials.

The SVT 446 oven has an easy to use model SVT 450 door. Her cast is done in retro style. The oven door is equipped with a special flower-shaped handle that does not heat up during the operation of the hearth.

Hinged oven door with hanging loops - mounted on the left or right side and opens like a refrigerator (a hinged door is preferable if you plan to build the oven in a cupboard at chest level). The oven door can open to any side convenient for you, for which you need to swap the metal pin out of the door, unscrew the screw with the sleeves located on it from the inside of the sash, and fasten it into a specially prepared hole on the other side.

The oven with a door of SVT 446 is equipped with a continuous door with the put drawing of a flame.

The frame and the door cover are made of gray cast iron of the brand СЧ-20 and painted black with a special heat-resistant paint. When heated, the cast iron is not deformed leaving its shape unchanged, which ensures a long service life of the door.

The frame is built into the body of the oven with 4 bolts.

The SVT 446 oven body is welded from special sheet steel 2 mm thick.

Since the cooking stoves are designed in such a way that the flame does not come into direct contact with the body of the oven, but is heated by hot waste gases, this made it possible to make a box from sheet steel, not from cast iron. That allowed to reduce the cost of goods. In addition, this type of material significantly accelerates the heating of the oven and, thus, reduces the cooking time.

On the inner sides of the oven body there are special guides that allow you to put baking trays for baked goods in the oven, or grates for drying various products. (steel pan included / the rack is not included).

MAINTENANCE: All cleaning and maintenance procedures should be done when the mouldings are cold. Cat iron parts should be cleaned with cooking-oil that will form a protective cover on cast iron. Glass should be cleaned with ashes, to have the best result you should use a damp cloth and stick it in the ashes and then wipe the glass with it. To clean the glass from the ashes use a dry cloth.

WARRANTY: Fireplace mouldings are covered with one-year warranty that will cover any production mistakes. Reclamations should be made in written together with proof of purchase. Any mishandling, assembly mistakes or misusing will not be covered by warranty.
